Quotare is a clean and modern forms assistant HTML 5 site template. The purpose of the article is to provide a useful tool for receiving requests for proposals for your business. There are currently five demos included (SEO Services, Home Alarms, Moving Services, Web Services), but the possible uses are endless. It also includes a pricing version and an advanced conditional/branched response version: users will see different steps depending on the answers provided. The script has spam control via Javascript and PHP.
